Standard single solenoid valves require electrical power while holding the valve in the energized position. The L310 Latching Valve needs a 50-millisecond pulse to shift from one position to another. Power is removed and the latching function holds the position, offering significant energy savings for applications when the valve remains open for long periods of time. Continuous power is not required to maintain the energized position, especially
beneficial for battery-powered applications or when continuous power supply is limited.
